Wedding of Amelia & Giuseppe

Wedding of Amelia & Giuseppe

El Club de Tiro de Madrid

Spain and Italy came together closer than ever in this beautiful, rustic and above all very romantic wedding of Amelia and Giuseppe. When the couple hired our wedding planning services, they had already chosen the church and the reception venue, and they were also very clear about the music they wanted for the ceremony and the cocktail hour, as well as the photography studio.

The rest of the preparations for Amelia and Giuseppe’s big day were entrusted to us, who took charge of the whole decor design, invitations,

organising every detail and

coordinating the wedding day
. Also, given the international nature of the wedding, we took care of finding accommodation and coordinating transport for all the guests coming from outside Spain. We also helped the groom and his guests hire the perfect morning suit, and the bride and her guests with hair and makeup… In short, all the details needed so the couple only had to worry about enjoying themselves. And that’s exactly what happened!

One of the details we loved most about this wedding was the invitations. we designed invitations with lavender flowers, a request from the bride, creating a special lining for the envelopes that turned out beautiful and very personal. As a final touch, we finished each invitation with string and a small sprig of dried lavender. We kept the same graphic style for the menu design, which we placed on each plate with a sprig of lavender and string. You can’t deny they turned out lovely!

We decorated the Church of San Marcos, where the couple married, in a rustic style, with plenty of flowers that gave the whole ceremony a very romantic atmosphere. We placed wicker baskets of hydrangeas in fuchsia tones, combined with lanterns on the altar steps, green garlands and baby’s breath along the railing at the entrance to the church. we designed all the floral decor details, and later commissioned them from Búcaro Floristas, who helped us leave the church looking this beautiful.

After the ceremony, the celebration took place at El Club de Tiro de Madrid, where we kept the rustic, romantic feel of the decor. Lavender also took centre stage in the seating plan, combining flowers with little name cards, large hanging frames with tags, and lavender clipped on with clothespins… An original, fresh seating display that fit perfectly with the party atmosphere.

For the dinner area decor, we played with the shade of the lavender and the white of the baby’s breath, making sure they matched the tone of light created by the white marquee covering the space. On each table we placed the table numbers in white photo frames, and we designed and printed the table numbers on kraft paper, matching the typography of the menus.

Another special part of this wedding was the favours. We sourced and personalised every detail the couple asked us to include in the celebration: paper fans at the church door, pashminas, ballet flats, CDs with the wedding music, hip flasks for the men that we placed in the cigar bar… We set up different spaces throughout the garden area, with all the personalised details.

Oh! And of course there had to be a candy bar, which we prepared with all kinds of sweet treats, cupcakes, sweets and even popcorn!! Delicious temptations laid out on a beautiful table, in pastel tones, impossible to resist 🙂

And finally, one of the best moments of the wedding: the car!!! we managed to make the couple’s dream come true: hiring a black convertible Beetle for their big day. We decorated it with a “Just married” sign on the back, and with pink and white pompoms hanging like “cans”. It turned out super cute, worthy of a movie ending!
