Wedding of Beatriz & Warren

September, the month of new resolutions, of back to routine, back to school and a city full of people again… But September also brings weddings, and we love it!! Coming back with batteries recharged to give it our all at the best parties, showing off that tan with the perfect look, enjoying the outdoors… Welcome, September!!

Just back from a wonderful (and well-deserved) holiday, today we want to tell you about Beatriz and Warren’s wedding, a lovely couple who got engaged while living in London and contacted
us to help them with the
planning and decor of their wedding
.

The first and most important thing was finding the perfect venue for the big day. After visiting several fincas around Madrid with them, they decided that Finca Felipe II, in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, matched what they were looking for. A finca that combined outdoor spaces with accommodation, since most of their guests would be coming from outside Madrid, and having lodging for everyone would make it much more comfortable for everybody to enjoy this celebration from start to finish.

Beatriz and Warren held a civil ceremony in one of the estate’s gardens. Beatriz looked beautiful, wearing a dress by Aire Barcelona, with hair and makeup by Sandro Nonna (advised ;). And for the decor, they were clear they wanted a floral arch to give an elegant and very romantic touch to the most important moment of the wedding.

we contacted La Galería de Doña Urraca for the design of all the floral decor, and we rented white chairs for the ceremony that completed the romantic feel the couple were looking for.

We kept the same decorative style throughout the rest of the wedding spaces: the pastel-toned flowers took center stage in the seating plan, the dinner centerpieces, and other decorative details of the cocktail hour. The truth is that the terrace of Finca Felipe II, with its unbeatable views of the Monasterio de El Escorial, was the perfect place to give it that romantic and polished feel.

The wedding turned out beautiful and very personal. we also took care of finding a Spanish guitar duo to accompany the ceremony, organized guest transport to the estate, hair and makeup for the bride’s bridesmaids, and every single detail of this romantic wedding.
