Wedding of Marina & Jonathan

Even though the blog has been rather quiet for a while, for a special occasion like today’s I have to find the time to update it. And that’s because I can finally show you the first photos of a
wedding
from this 2014, and you have no idea how thrilled I am about it!

Marina & Jonathan got married this past June 20th at Soto de Mozanaque, personally one of my favorite venues for celebrating weddings in Madrid. On one hand because it’s simply spectacular. And on the other because this was the third wedding I’ve had the pleasure of working on there, and I’m currently immersed in organizing another wedding that will also be held in October at this same estate; and what can I say, when you’ve lived through so many good moments in one place, you grow fond of it.

In this case the couple hired our wedding coordination service; we put together the decor they had already prepared, we helped them with choosing the catering and with the civil ceremony, we coordinated the work of the vendors, and we made sure everything went smoothly during the event.

Even though the weather threatened rain almost right up until the wedding started, in the end the sun came out beautifully, and the ceremony and cocktail hour could be held outdoors, it turned out really lovely!

Before leaving you with the beautiful images of this wedding (the work of photographer Carlos Rodríguez, who did an impeccable job with this photo story), I want to give an enormous THANK YOU to the couple for their trust, and for sharing these beautiful, special photos of their big day with me. They’re a wonderful couple who it’s been a pleasure to work with all these months, and I’m sure they’re going to be happy forever; and even if it sounds cheesy, when you see two people who love each other so much and complement each other so well, you know that their wedding day was just one of the many happy moments still to come for them together.
