Wedding of Rebeca & Ángel (II)
Museo del Traje
As we said yesterday (in this case it really was yesterday), the second of the
weddings
we’ve held this year 2014 at the Museo del Traje is very special. Not only did it have a beautiful civil ceremony in a roundabout surrounded by gardens, but the dinner afterward was held under strings of lights we set up on an esplanade at the front of the building. And since the photography Raquel Benito did of this wedding is sooo beautiful (I’m not objective, but it is anyway), here’s the second installment of photos from this wedding that I couldn’t fit into a single post.
In the cocktail area we set up a seating plan displayed in white frames, decorated with cages full of flowers. On the side tables we alternated beige tablecloths with others (for the low tables) featuring a watercolor print, super colorful and beautiful, to create contrast with the color palette that would dominate the dinner. As we told you in yesterday’s post, the couple designed the wedding’s graphics, which we used for the guest seating cards, and also for the dinner menus; on each menu we tied a small sprig of paniculata before placing them on each plate.
The centerpieces, made by Ginkgo Biloba, had 3 volumes of white flowers, and two containers with candles; and on them we placed the table numbers we made with wooden sticks and grey cardstock with each number. Although the main element of the dinner’s decor was without a doubt the lighting: 6 strings of lights arranged in a zigzag that gave warmth to the evening.
For the party we set up a photo booth, and a candy bar with sweets, cookies, and custom-made biscuits. In short, nothing was missing!
Once again, I can’t do anything but thank the couple for their generosity in letting me share their big day here, and of course their trust in hiring
our wedding organization and decoration services
.
You’ll find the list of vendors who took part in this wedding in yesterday’s post.
All the photographs in this post were taken by Raquel Benito.
