Wedding of Yune & Dave

This very special couple traveled from Dublin to Madrid to get married, and we said goodbye to them after their wedding with sadness and a great deal of affection. Ireland is the place they call home, but they decided to move to the bride’s homeland to say “I do” on a beautiful, sunny and warm day in April that couldn’t have suited their celebration better.

For Yune & Dave, it was very important that the venue chosen for their wedding allowed them to hold both the religious ceremony and the party afterwards in the same place. We considered several possibilities, and after visiting Palacio del Negralejo, it was clear to them that it was the perfect spot for their wedding.

For the decor and overall styling of the event, there were a few clear guidelines: nods to the travel they love so much and that defines them, plus a vintage touch. From there we came up with several details that together made this wedding a truly special day for the couple and their guests (we even made the ring cushion out of fabric printed with a world map!).
