Wedding at la Real Fábrica de Tapices

This gorgeous autumn wedding was without a doubt one of the most intense and beautiful projects I’ve worked on in these years as a wedding planner. Just two months before the big day, the couple had only just booked the venue for their wedding. They wanted an informal, relaxed event, but with a very special decor that would feel refined and elegant while also modern and different from traditional setups. They needed help, and we set out to bring their ideas to life.

For the floral decor we chose a palette of orange tones to mark the time of year the event was celebrated. The ceremony had a somewhat theatrical feel, with a floral arch backdrop and the couple seated on a beautiful chesterfield. In the cocktail area we set up strings of lights, since as it was an evening wedding it was already getting dark by mid-October. And in the long cocktail area with buffet-style stations we set up different types of tables, with white and gold Tiffany chairs and white and metal Tolix stools.
