Words cannot express our gratitude to Carmen for everything she did to make our special day absolutely perfect! Despite the distance (we planned remotely from Germany), communication with Carmen was a breeze. She knew all the right vendors, kept us on schedule, and helped with every little detail. We truly feel so lucky to have found her!

Carmen helped plan our wedding in Toledo and we could not have done it without her! I am American and my husband is Spanish and we originally had guests coming from over 15 different countries. She did an excellent job with all the details and helping accommodate the different cultural traditions that we wanted included in the ceremony and the reception. As we were living abroad she also helped meet all the vendors in person as needed when we could not travel due to COVID-19. This included helping arrange everything with the Church and personally taking the necessary paperwork to Toledo. Our wedding had to be postponed twice due to COVID-19 and Carmen was immediately there to help rearrange all the contracts and dates with the vendors. She also quickly suggested fantastic alternatives when a couple of our vendors were not available for the new date. For our final wedding, she went above and beyond what was in her contract. Our band came from the UK so she helped arrange all their different transfers and set up COVID tests for both them and any of our guests who needed them to return home. When one of our guests left her phone on the bus back from the reception, Carmen immediately responded to her the next day and helped her get it back from the bus company. Lastly, we were so happy to have Carmen's recommendations for all the local vendors. Everything from the florist to my hair and make-up, to the music at the church was done to the highest standard. We knew we could trust Carmen and that helped make the wedding planning a much easier process for us. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to get married in Spain!

My Fiance and I were planning our wedding in Madrid, Spain and living in Beijing, China.
